DELIVERY AND TRACKING:

METRO DELIVERY – We deliver the same day of your purchase, even during weekends and public holidays.

NON-METRO – We deliver your purchased goods based on the estimated pick-up schedule of your choice.

STORE PICK-UP: We will be sending you a SMS notification once your order is ready for pick-up.

We deliver the same day including weekends and public holidays.

 

Delivery Slot:

8:00 am to 10:00 am

• We can deliver as early as 8AM, Mondays to Sundays including public holidays.

 

• Our delivery couriers will send you as an SMS notification to inform you of your purchase an hour before the delivery.

You need not to worry if situations like this happen! Our trusted and reliable couriers can still deliver it at your doorstep. 

 

Prepaid – if your order is prepaid, just leave an authorization letter to your representative and let him/her present an ID to verify. 

 

Cash on Delivery – If you choose the COD method, just leave the cash payment to your representative. In case of an alcoholic beverage or restricted items, the courier has the right not to release these items to a minor.

If delivery is still unsuccessful, Palengke may charge a restocking fee, personal shopper fee and delivery fee for perishable items as these are custom-ordered and guaranteed fresh.

We offer free delivery when you spend at least 4,500 Baht on your order within selected and near areas only.  To find out if you qualify for the free delivery,  you can check the spending status bar in order summary check-out.

Delivery fee is waived once you decide to pick up your order.

Yes, you can. You can reach out to our customer care services so you can notify us ahead of time. The customer care service is always active within operation hours. However, please take note that the delivery fee will still be applied the same way as the original shipping option for delivery. You may contact us by clicking here.

We highly recommend checking your purchase to ensure that your order is complete. After checking your order, please do sign the Proof of Delivery as a confirmation that all items are complete and in good condition.

In case of any problem with your order, you may refuse to sign the Proof of Delivery and contact us immediately via our  Help Center.

Unfortunately no. Sale orders will have a different schedule and cannot be delivered together with a different order.

Unfortunately no. Orders are going to be processed on your selected delivery date.

No, orders placed for Store Pickup should be claimed at the physical store.

METRO DELIVERY – Same Day delivery is express delivery available on these AREAS.

NON-METRO DELIVERY – Is a new delivery option catering to major cities outside Bangkok, Thailand:

Non-Metro Delivery is applicable to items  that are non-perishable. Items that are fragile and >100mL liquids will not be available for delivery areas are not allowed..

STORE PICK UP – Store Pick-up is a delivery option that allows you to pick-up your orders at Palengke. To know more on how to shop online and pick up in-store, please click HERE.

Our delivery hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM daily, including during weekends and public holidays. Delivery slots are subject to availability. The delivered goods should be received within 10-minutes upon the arrival of our couriers at your doorsteps.

VOUCHER AND DISCOUNTS:

Vouchers can be utilized at the Checkout Page.

  1. Enter your voucher code/number found on the bottom left of the coupon. Click the text box provided and then type your number/code.
  2. Click “Apply” to use your voucher.
  3. Wait until it is verified that your voucher is valid for usage.
  4. A prompt will be available once the coupon has been successfully applied. 

 

Voucher Reminders:

Voucher codes can only be used once by a customer. 

Discount is deducted from the subtotal amount

The voucher issued or availed when you buy online will be delivered at your doorstep together with the items you ordered and your official receipt

Present your membership card and voucher at the store .

Yes. Vouchers are available and are posted on our page. However,  vouchers are only applicable for groceries and not applicable for membership purchase or renewal.

No, we’re sorry but we can’t provide discounts for Senior Citizen and PWD discounts cannot be applied on purchases made in our platform. But, we have a lot of discounted products for you! Take advantage of our Hot Offers, Buy 2 for the Price of 1, and 99 and below Promos.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

If there are cases of cancellation of order/s after checking out, please inform our Customer Service Support at Palengke Help Center immediately. We will do our best  to accommodate your request. However, we cannot completely guarantee the cancellation if the order fulfillment process has already been started. If you cancel a purchase with a complete order process, you may be charged a fee for the perishable items in your order.

Yes. You can remove or add items on your cart before check-out.

WEIGHT OF PURCHASE:

We will provide you an estimated price based on the indicated weight and the current rate at the time of the checkout. The actual and related price of the weighted item will be visible to you at the time of delivery. 

 

In the event of any shortfall in payment, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional fees, and if instances of any overpayment, we will reverse or refund the excess amounts paid for the purchased goods in accordance with our existing refund policy at the time of delivery.

For Bulk or volume orders, we may ask for additional time to fulfill your order and may be charged a higher delivery fee. For bulk orders, we avoid cancellation of orders.

MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNTS:

Our Membership rates may depend on your choice:

Elite Membership – Annual fee is 700 Baht. You may avail of one extension card for an additional 500 Baht

Premium Membership – Annual fee is 900 Baht . You may avail up to four (4) extension cards for an additional 500 Baht each.

Requirements:

Elite Membership – Two (2) valid government IDs.

Premium Membership – Two (2) valid government IDs.

Memberships are valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually. Your membership card will be honored when you purchase online or at the physical store.

Elite membership – 700 Baht

Premium membership – 1,000 Baht

Card Extension –  400 Baht

Elite Membership – for individuals and personal use in which you can only have limited access to discounts, freebies and great deals. 

Premium membership – for individuals and personal use in which you can have unlimited access to all discounts, promos and great deals. When you acquire a Premium membership you will have the opportunity to redeem your points with a greater deals than of the Elite. You will also have a Personal Shopper to attend to your purchase needs.

In-store: Yes, registered and non-registered citizens are welcome to enter and shop at the store. However, non-members will be asked to register and become a member. 

Online: Only registered members with valid Palengke membership cards are allowed to shop online. Become a member now, click here.

In-store: you can buy membership in our physical store daily from 9AM to 9PM.

Online: you can buy and pay online anytime using your credit card or other online payment method. Click here to apply.

Visit Palengke store after 24 hours of registering, submit the following, and have your photo taken:

Official receipt as proof of purchase together with two (2) valid government ID for in-store purchases

Online order confirmation via SMS or email together with two (2) valid government ID for online purchases

For renewal, just surrender your old membership card, present one (1) valid ID and show the membership email confirmation at the counter.

To shop online, you don’t need your physical card, just log in at www.palengkeinthailand.com please make sure your membership is linked to your Palengke account.

Log-in – Go to Menu – Select My Account – Under my account you can change your password, personal information Billing/Shipping account.

You can log in your account by clicking the Facebook button.

Ensure that your email password is entered correctly. Use the “eye” icon to make your password visible. In this way it is easier for you to see and type your password. Click Forgot Password if you still have difficulties logging in.

You can unlink/remove a membership from your online account by following these steps:

 

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select “My Membership”.
  3. Click “UNLINK”

UNAVAILABILITY OF ITEMS:

If cases of out-of-stock items, the Palengke team will immediately send you an email or SMS notification informing you of the unavailability of the products. If you already proceeded with your order, the amount you paid for the unavailable items will be refunded back.

Yes, in some cases, Palengke will be forced to limit the amount of units/pieces/packs per product due to some instances like low availability. The limitation might be at the product level or for product type and any brand.

If there is an unavailable item on your order, we will be sending an email and an SMS notification to inform you that some of your items may not be available as of the moment. You may also check the Proof of Delivery that you will receive for the summary of your purchase. If there are unavailable items we will be scratching it in your list.

STORE POLICIES AND OPERATION HOURS:

As we are currently under the light of a pandemic, we are limiting 6 people inside the store. This is in accordance with the social distancing guidelines and the general protocol against COVID-19. Bringing of children below 18 years old is not allowed.

We operate from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Unfortunately, no. Once you check out your order, we will be unable to add more items. We recommend placing another order again.

You can place an order via Store Pickup by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Start selecting and adding items on your cart
  3. Go to your cart and review the items on your cart, and click on “CHECKOUT” 
  4. Options will be provided for you to choose  and click on “OK”
  5. Select the your default Address and click on “DELIVER HERE” or “NEXT”
  6. A pop-up message will show that your order has been received and is being readied. Click “NEXT”
  7. Select the Payment Method to be used and click on “PLACE ORDER”
  8. Once successfully placed, the customer will see a Order Confirmation about the order, Pickup Information and the Important Reminder

Please contact our Customer Service representative at Palengke Help Center immediately. Provide the Order number as well as the email address and mobile number registered with your Palengke account. Our team will guide you on the next steps to process your case.

PERSONAL SHOPPER:

A Personal Shopper is the one who picks the item in your order list. Your Personal Shopper is required to be trained by the Palengke service admins extensively to understand the quality standards. In this way, they will be oriented and on how to manage and handle your order list. They will know how to choose the best products, checking on the expiry dates and picking them in the right sequence to keep the cold chain. After choosing the right items, they will then handover the items properly packed to our logistics partners. We charge a minimum amount to continuously improve their service and training.

The personal shopper’s free for Premium card holders. However, non-Premium members are charged  150 Baht for a personal shopper.

Personal Shoppers refer to the team responsible for ensuring that all processes and orders are complete, in good condition, packed properly and delivered in-time on your expected arrival time.

PAYMENT:

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery option. Our trusted courier will collect the payment from you once you receive the goods.

Yes. You can choose to pay with any of the following:

  1. MasterCard
  2. Visa
  3. PayMaya

If you think you are mistakenly charged with an incorrect amount, please contact our Customer Service Support at Palengke Help Center.

We offer payments via cash on delivery (COD) up to PHP 8,000.

Payments could possibly fail due to the following reasons:

 

You accidentally entered incorrect credit/debit card details like name on the card, card number, CVV, 3D secure PIN and/or expiry date. 

 

The card details you provided are no longer valid or need to be updated 

 

You accidentally closed/refreshed the page or pressed backspace while the transaction was being processed by your bank. 

 

Your card may be blocked for online transactions. 

 

We recommend to check your payment first before actually paying for your order.

There is no purchase limit for debit or credit card purchase, the maximum amount to be purchased will depend on the balance available on your card.

For cash on delivery option, you can order up to 8,000 Baht

Yes. Gate fees are not covered by the delivery fee. This can be settled directly with the rider/driver upon delivery of your order.

Here are the available payment methods

 

CASH ON DELIVERY – Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method that allows you to pay for your order when it gets delivered. This payment method is available for Metro  Delivery and Store Pick-up shipping options only for orders worth Php 8,000 and below. 

 CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD – We accept all major credit and debit cards that are supported by Visa, Mastercard, and GSB. This payment method is available to Metro Delivery, Non-Metro Delivery and Store Pick-up.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

  1. Metro Delivery & Store Pick up
  2. Items can only be returned or exchanged based on these following factors:
  3. All defective merchandise for replacement or exchange must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, along with the original Palengke Superstore sales receipt that shall be issued together with the delivered item.
  4. Replacement or exchange of perishable items is only valid within 24 hours from date of purchase.
  5. Non-food products must be returned complete intact with the original packaging, manual, and factory sales.
  6. Undergarments are not returnable nor exchangeable.
  7. Items considered as “Service Center” are not refundable and will be returned to an authorized Service Center to repair under manufacturer’s warranty.
  8. Replacement or exchange of perishable items is only valid within 24 hours from date of purchase.
  9. Food items to be returned should at least be 75% intact.

Refund Types:

Refund from Cancelled Orders – Refund is processed once cancellation has been successfully processed. 

Refund from Returns – Refund is processed after or quality evaluation of the returned item.

Refunds from Failed Deliveries – Refund is processed when the item reaches our physical store. 

Refund Time Frame – Expect that your Refund will reflect in your account within 5-15 working days and may take up to 45 days for international credit cards or debit cards, but may depend on  your issuing bank. We will update you via email once the refund has been initiated.
